Shipping policy

Where we deliver: We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery charges: A flat delivery charge of Rs 200 applies to every order across Pakistan. It is shown at checkout and paid in cash with your order.

Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. We will confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Cash on Delivery: Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Tracking: Once dispatched, we send your tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.

Failed delivery: If the courier cannot reach you after 2 attempts, the parcel returns to us. Contact us to arrange re-delivery.
